LEEDS coach Brad Arthur said there was concern for hooker Danny Levi “as a bloke” after he suffered from an undetermined ailment which forced him off during Friday night’s 34-6 win at St Helens.
Levi’s comeback from a head knock was cut short with Arthur saying he had experienced a loss of strength which resulted in him being unable to continue.
“I’m not a doctor so I don’t want to comment too much,” Arthur said.
“He just felt like he wasn’t strong enough so we just have to wait and see. We just have to go back and get some scans and just see where he’s at.
“He just felt like, as the game wore on … he just lost his strength.
“Everyone’s pretty upset for him. We’re just worried about him as a bloke than whether he can play or not.
“So, look … we don’t want to be jumping the gun and saying too much too early because we don’t know.”
Arthur said fullback Lachie Miller came off to be rested for the big games ahead and was not injured.
