WESTS Tigers coach Benji Marshall says the Dolphins are a final four team – but Kristian Woolf isn’t buying it.

The Brisbane franchise scrored a 36-22 win over the joint venture at Campbelltown Stadium on Saturday afternoon despite missing a host of star players.

“The Dolphins are a great team – in my opinion, top four,” said Marshall.

“They’ve got some really good players across the park where you’ve got to defend everyone – which is tough.”

But when Dolphins coach Woolf was asked about the possibility of finishing in the top four with a guaranteed second chance in the play-offs, he appeared to run a mile from the idea.

And that was after senior player Felise Kaufusi said: “I believe we can do something special”.

Woolf commented: “We love where we’re at at the moment.

“We’re obviously rolling well but we’re not going to get ahead of ourselves either.

“We’ve just got to make sure we keep racking up a couple of wins and keep playing well and keep building on our performances.

“Top eight has always been our goal since the start of the year.

“If we can end up higher, that’s great. But we don’t want to worry about getting ahead of things yet.”
