LEIGH winger Josh Charnley celebrated his 400th first class game with a try brace as Leigh proved far too good for Huddersfied.
The Leopards were also helped by a first half penalty try when halfback Lachlan Lam was fouled in the act of scoring during the first half, at the end of which the home team led 20-10.
It’s a welcome second consecutive win for the Leopards who were at the bottom of the table a fortnight ago.
“Very emotional,” Charnley told Sky. “It’s quite a milestone and to get man of the match is great as well.”
