SKIPPER Adam Reynolds kicked a 70th minute field goal to get injury-hit Brisbane home against Wests Tigers.
Prop Payne Haas was unable to take part in the second half at Campbelltown Stadium after suffering a knee injury that will be a concern to NSW ahead of the Origin series, fullback Jesse Arthars was forced off during the second session.
But after tying up the game with a penalty goal, halfback Reynolds slotted home the winning points from close range, directly in front.
Ezra Mam took an intercept in the final minute to make sure of the result – the game finished with a scuffle.
